The civil structures are made with steel concrete and masonry, major structures are designed and executed with the expert teams of Engineers and Architects, although it is designed and executed by experts but it needs protection from the water like ground water for underground structures and from rain water for above ground structures. During executions of any civil activities so many factors are involved which may cause delay in supply of concrete at site, sometimes material used for concrete are not supplied from same sources throughout the project which may results in cracking of structure or sometimes water leakages due to cavities in concrete slabs due to which need of waterproof of structures are arises and thus the waterproofing comes in the picture.
